About the Role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our expanding Pavement Engineering practice. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers who want to build a strong foundation in pavement engineering. You will gain exposure to all phases of pavement projects — from data collection and evaluation to design and reporting — while working under the guidance of experienced engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with pavement fieldwork operations, including data collection and survey activities.
- Support the analysis of pavement performance data (e.g., GPR, FWD, and distress surveys).
- Help develop pavement design recommendations using industry-standard methods and software.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and support documentation.
- Collaborate with senior staff and project managers on pavement evaluation, design, and management projects.
What We’re Looking For
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (required).
- M.S. in Pavement Engineering (preferred).
- Strong interest in pavement, transportation, or geotechnical engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good technical writing skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- Previous internships, co-op, or coursework related to pavement engineering is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork as needed.
Salary: $75,000/yr - $90,000/yr, depending on experience, credentials, including years of similar work experience.
